- 2 helai Roti tawar, potong dadu
- 4 sdm Kental manis

Langkah
1 Sudah | Campurkan semua bahan masak dengan api sedang hingga mendidih sambil terus diaduk agar santan tidak pecah. Koreksi rasa jika sudah pas matikan api. |
2 Sudah | Letakkan dalam wadah tertutup lalu simpan ke dalam freezer selama 2 jam. |
3 Sudah | Siapkan bahan pelengkap, ambil es doger dalam freezer serut dengan menggunakan sendok lalu tuang dalam wadah. |
4 Sudah | Tambahkan tape singkong, tape ketan, alpukat dan roti tawar lalu siram dengan kental manis. Selesai selamat mencoba. |
5 Sudah | tips1. Buat santan dari kelapa yg masih baru atau segar. 2. Isian pelengkap sesuai selera masing masing. |
